Psychiatry Pricing & Self-Pay Rates
Eleos Psychiatry offers transparent self-pay pricing for adult outpatient psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits. All services are provided by a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through in-person appointments and secure telepsychiatry.
New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation
60-minute intake appointment

Includes a comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic assessment, review of mental health history, symptom evaluation, and individualized treatment planning. This visit may include discussion of medication management, lifestyle-based mental health strategies, and next steps in care.
​Medication Management Follow-Up Visit
30-minute appointment
$85
Follow-up psychiatric visit focused on medication management, including symptom review, side effect monitoring, and treatment adjustments for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and insomnia.
​Brief Medication Management Follow-Up
15-minute appointment
$65
Short follow-up visit for stable patients requiring psychiatric medication management with no new or complex concerns. Appropriate for routine check-ins and prescription maintenance.
Payment Information
Eleos Psychiatry is a self-pay psychiatry practice. Credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
